Working principle

The medium pressure acts on the metal isolation corrugated membrane and is transmitted to the sensitive element β chamber through the intermediate silicone oil (see figure), which is sensitive

The measuring diaphragm of the component senses differential pressure to form a capacitance change, and the differential pressure and differential capacitance are in a linear state

The measurement circuit amplifies the differential pressure capacitance and converts it into a standard current signal output.

The influence of temperature changes on sealed diaphragm pressure transmitters mainly depends on the temperature of the physical properties of the intermediate fluid inside the diaphragm

The coefficient is the sum of the temperature coefficient of the differential pressure transmitter PMC75 and the temperature coefficient of the density diaphragm. The diaphragms listed in sequence below

The temperature coefficient is applicable to silicone oil intermediate fluid.
