1PCY-D-II material high-low thermal expansion meterOverview of Linear Expansion Coefficient Tester:
Applied to detect the high and low temperature expansion properties of solid inorganic, organic materials, polymers, polymer materials, metal/non-metal materials, rubber, plastics, metal products, and other composite new materials. Applicable standards: ASTMD6962003, GB/T1036-2008 Determination of Linear Expansion Coefficient of Plastics - Quartz Dilatometer Method, GB/T2572-2005 Test Method for Average Linear Expansion Coefficient of Fiber Reinforced Plastics, GJB1875-94 Test Method for Thermophysical Properties of Rigid Cellular Plastics. The test method used is the plunger method, which uses (imported) high-precision micro sensors to sense the deformation values of samples at different temperatures. The detection, control, calculation, printing, and storage of samples are all automatically completed by computers using computer technology. This instrument can complete the sample line variable, linear expansion coefficient, volumetric expansion coefficient, softening temperature, glass transition temperature, and their variation curves. Adopting multi-stage refrigeration with a compressor (without liquid nitrogen), it is economical, convenient, and precisely controlled.

1. Experimental temperature range: -50-300 ℃ (500 ℃), -60-300 ℃ (500 ℃), -70-300 ℃ (500 ℃), -80-300 ℃ (500 ℃). User selected.
2. The heating speed is automatically set by the computer program, with a temperature control accuracy of 0.1 ℃ and an adjustable heating and cooling speed of 1-5 ℃/min. Equipped with a precision (fast) cooling heating system (with a Japanese imported compressor, high power, fast cooling, and also equipped with a fast heating system).
3. The computer automatically calculates the coefficient of expansion, volumetric expansion coefficient, and linear expansion.
4. Automatically calculate compensation coefficient and compensate automatically, or manually correct (online).
5. Automatically record, store, and print data, and print temperature expansion coefficient curves. The temperature spacing can be freely set, with a minimum spacing of 0.1-1 ℃.
6. The deformation measurement adopts a high-precision grating micrometer sensor (ten thousand meter), with a measurement range of ± 12.7mm, resolution of 0.1um, accuracy of 0.2um, and automatic range calibration. The measurement range of expansion value is large, and the adjustment range of the sample is increased.
7. The sample range is (2-15) × (2-15) × (20-150) mm, both cylindrical and square.
8. Adopting imported linear bearings for transmission, achieving frictionless transmission of expansion values, with good transmission accuracy and repeatability.
9. System measurement error: ± 0.1%.
