1、 SY-C1-06 Outer Diameter Micrometer Parallelism Error Gauge (Micrometer Parallelism Steel Ball Gauge) Usage Introduction:
SY-C1-06 outer diameter micrometer parallelism error gauge, also known as micrometer parallelism steel ball gauge, is used to verify the parallelism of the two measuring surfaces of the outer diameter micrometer. It can be used independently, has a simple structure, a wide measurement range, and is convenient to use.Outer diameter micrometer parallelism error gauge (steel ball gauge)Widely used in enterprises, metrology and testing departments, calibration institutions, and national key petrochemical enterprises for measuring and testing external micrometers.

2、 Compliant with standards:JJG21-2008 Micrometer Verification Regulations
3、 Measurement range:50-1000mm
4Outer diameter micrometer parallelism error gauge (steel ball gauge)Usage:
The parallelism of the micrometer working surface affects the accuracy of the micrometer, so the detection of the parallelism of the micrometer working surface is very important. One detection method is to use a steel ball gauge. When in use, first adjust the tested micrometer to any integer millimeter reading position, and then fit the steel ball gauge onto the two working surfaces of the micrometer, so that the distance between the two steel balls on the gauge is equal to the reading of the micrometer. Then lock the gauge to prevent any changes in the distance between the two steel balls. Finally, use a micrometer to measure the distance between the two steel balls of the steel ball gauge. The working surface of the tested micrometer is evenly divided into four zones along the circumference, with the four measurement zones near the edge of the working surface. During measurement, the micrometer is rotated to measure the distance between the two steel balls corresponding to the positions of these four zones, and four data points are obtained. The value obtained by subtracting the minimum data from the maximum data is the parallelism of the micrometer at that position. Then, adjust the distance between the two steel balls by a quarter of the measuring rod pitch for three times, and measure the three parallelism values according to the previous method of measuring parallelism. The largest of the four parallelism values is the result of the parallelism verification of the working surface of the tested micrometer.
