The standard glass hemisphere is designed and developed according to the JJG429-2000 standard for roundness and cylindricity measuring instruments. The standard glass hemisphere is installed in the ball seat and should not be loose or deformed. Contour meter, cylindricity meter, roundness meter, standard glass hemisphereEmbedded hemispherical installation, using a roundness measuring instrument (hereinafter referred to as a roundness meter) with a precision rotation center as the rotation measurement reference, and measuring the actual contour of the measured part at different angular positions to the radius of the rotation center through sensors to quantitatively evaluate the roundness of a certain cross-section of the measured part. The standard hemispherical cylindricity measuring instrument, hereinafter referred to as the cylindricity measuring instrument, is a measuring instrument that quantitatively evaluates the surface cylindricity of a cylinder by measuring the actual contour of several sections of the cylinder surface at different angular positions to the radius of the rotation center line through displacement sensors located on the linear motion guide rail, with the precision rotation center line as the rotation measurement reference and the precision linear motion guide rail as the linear measurement reference. According to the formation method of the reference rotation axis, it can also be divided into two types: sensor rotation and worktable rotation, with different positioning depending on the method. According to the signal processing form, it can be divided into two types of parameters: analog output (recorder display, output) and digital output (computer processing evaluation, display, output).
