One Usage introduction:

The SY-C14 jumping inspection instrument - standard core shaft and eccentric shaft are developed and manufactured according to the JJF 1109-2003 jumping inspection instrument calibration specification. II Technical Indicators:

1. Standard core shaft: The straightness is not greater than 2 μ m, and the circular runout of the outer circle of the core shaft relative to the top hole is not greater than 2 μ m

2. Standard eccentric axis: The eccentricity is (20~30) μ m, not greater than 1 μ m (k=3);The circular runout of the outer circle of the shaft relative to the top hole shall not exceed 1 μ m

III Usage:

Jumping inspection instrument standard core shaft, eccentric shaftInstall a standard core shaft of corresponding length to the measuring range between the two tips of the deflection inspection instrument, and ensure that there is no movement between the standard core shaft and the deflection inspection instrument. Then, make the measuring head of the standard indicator make vertical contact with the upper surface of the standard core shaft in the vertical plane, or make horizontal contact with the side surface of the standard core shaft in the horizontal plane. Move the gauge holder and record the corresponding reading value.


4 Machining of standard core shaft and eccentric shaft for jumping inspection instrument:
