(1) The Lishi Lego frequency response directional valve can quickly and accurately respond to control signals, and is widely used in industrial automation, CNC machine tools, and other fields. It is mainly composed of an electromagnet group, a cylinder group, and a valve core. When the joystick changes the control signal, the electromagnet group outputs the corresponding electromagnetic signal, causing the cylinder group to move and driving the valve core to move quickly. Inside the high-frequency directional valve, there are multiple small holes connecting the air source and the actuator. By changing the position of the valve core, the air source can be supplied or discharged in different directions, thereby controlling the action of the actuator.
(2) The response speed is very fast, taking only a few milliseconds to complete an operation. This is mainly attributed to the use of ultra short stroke cylinders and lightweight valve cores in the high-frequency directional valve, which enables it to quickly and accurately meet various operational needs. 1. Ensure that the device is turned off.
2. Connect the pipeline to the high-frequency directional valve to ensure good sealing.
3. Open the pump and vent valve, and slowly open the inlet pressure valve of the high-frequency directional valve until the pressure reaches the desired value.
4. Make the high-frequency directional valve receive a signal. This signal can come from a computer or other control system.
After receiving the signal, the high-frequency directional valve starts to open or close to change the direction of liquid flow.
6. Check if the valve has been opened or closed correctly and ensure that excessive pressure is eliminated.
7. Turn off the equipment, disconnect the pipeline, and perform maintenance and cleaning.
