1DENISON Denison vane pump workflowPrinciple analysis:
DENISON Denison vane pump is an energy storage displacement pump mainly composed of an outer rotor, an inner rotor, blades, a front cover, a rear cover, etc. During the operation of the vane pump, the outer rotor drives the inner rotor to rotate through the transmission shaft, and the two protrusions of the inner rotor and the blades between the front and rear covers divide into several working chambers for oil suction and discharge under positive pressure. Its working principle is similar to that of a plunger pump, but its advantage is that it can provide a larger flow rate and lower output pressure than a plunger pump.
2、 The workflow is as follows:
At the beginning, the blades are tightly attached to the outer surface of the front cover. As the outer rotor rotates counterclockwise away from its initial position, the inner rotor also rotates counterclockwise.
When the outer rotor reaches Transition (L) at the angle of point C, the working chamber is connected to the oil suction port, and the volume inside the chamber is enlarged, forming a vacuum that allows air or liquid to enter the working chamber through the oil suction port.
As the outer rotor continues to rotate counterclockwise, the cavity between it and the inner rotor will be minimized to the greatest extent when the outer rotor reaches Point D. At this stage, the oil suction process ends and the oil pressure process begins. At this point, the V1 and V2 chambers in the outer rotor will draw in or discharge oil from the inlet oil tank.
When the outer rotor rotates to PointF, the inner rotor is forced to rotate clockwise. Next, the blades are pressed tightly against the surface of the back cover again and the oil in the working chamber is emptied. As the outer rotor continues to rotate counterclockwise, the pumping process will continue to repeat.
IIIDENISON Denison vane pump workflowAdvantages:
1. High flow rate: Compared with other common low-pressure displacement pumps, it can provide higher flow rate performance and is therefore widely used in industries that require high flow rates.
2. Easy to start: The mechanical structure is relatively simple, making it easier to start.
3. The vibration is small and the operation is smooth, so its vibration and sound are small.
4. Easy to manufacture and maintain: With fewer components used, it is easy to manufacture and repair.
5. Long service life: The structure is relatively simple, making it easy to maintain and has a relatively long service life.
