Usage Application

GTA seriesOnline detector for outer diameter, wall thickness, and surface defects of glass tubesIt is an online analyzer for detecting the appearance quality of glass tubes (see Fig 1), which automatically detects surface defects, outer diameter, and wall thickness of glass tubes, integrating three functions. It is an intelligent measuring device for non-contact, continuous, and 360 ° detection. Can be installed in the glass tube pulling production line and provide glass tube sorting function.

Technical Specifications

1. Measurement range: Glass tubes with a diameter of less than 110mm can be used, and it is also suitable for measuring glass round rods.

2. Measurement unit: Provides different configurations of single group, dual group, and triple group CCD+high-definition lenses.

3. Detection accuracy: less than 0.01mm, the accuracy depends on the wire speed and outer diameter of the glass tube. If lower accuracy requirements are needed, the measuring sensor can be replaced to achieve it.

4. Glass tube routing speed: can reach up to 100 meter/min. Basically covering the current production speed range of glass tubes.
