The XYF-1 online oil gas separation analysis unit is a core component specially developed for the manufacturing needs of online monitoring equipment for dissolved gas components in insulating oil. 1、 Product Introduction

XYF-1Online Oil Gas Separation Analysis UnitIt is a core component specially developed for the manufacturing needs of online monitoring equipment for dissolved gas components in insulating oil. It adopts imported micro silicon processing combined with precision mechanical processing technology to integrate a high stability and long-life gas solid-state micro pool detector, which can complete qualitative and quantitative detection of hydrogen, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, ethane, ethylene, acetylene, methane and other components in insulating oil.

The characteristics of this component are:

1. The high separation degree of gas components overcomes the shortcomings of poor separation of hydrogen, carbon monoxide, and methane in traditional designs, as well as interference from dissolved oxygen components in insulating oil, resulting in inaccurate quantification of hydrogen and carbon monoxide;

2. Good stability, the gas solid-state micro pool detector using MEMS technology overcomes the shortcomings of traditional detection systems based on metal oxide based combustible gas sensors (such as TGS813), which have poor long-term stability and are prone to poisoning and failure;

3. The linearity is good, and the detection components show a linear relationship with most components within the detection concentration range. However, in the past, combustible gas sensors had non-linear responses to the concentrations of various gas components, making it difficult to calibrate and resulting in poor quantitative accuracy;

4. The design of the detection unit adopts mechanical processing, with small dead volume, sharp peak shape of components, and high response sensitivity, overcoming the disadvantages of traditional detection unit design such as large structure, large peak shape diffusion, and bulky peak shape;

5. Long term stability is good, with a sensitivity change of no more than 10% after 1000 consecutive injection tests;

6. Easy to use, clean air can be used as the carrier gas. If our company's proprietary clean air generation system is used, it can avoid the trouble of frequent replacement of carrier gas cylinders.
