The Trieder planar switching injection valve is suitable for laboratory gas chromatography instruments, industrial online chromatography instruments, laboratory gas control processes, and other occasions that require gas sample injection, blowback, switching, etc. The conical switching injection valve is a two position valve with the same application method.
1. It can achieve manual switching, cylinder drive switching controlled by the host program, electric drive switching controlled by the host program, and independent electric drive switching controlled by the PC program.
2. Optional passive signal proximity switch can be equipped to achieve switching action and linkage with workstation startup, ensuring the repeatability of retention time for each injection analysis.
3. Optional device with protective gas, which is particularly important in trace and trace analysis.
4. Whether manually switched, cylinder driven, or electrically driven, tightly connected transmission rods and 2 ', 4', and 6 'extension rods can be selected.
5. There are options for working at room temperature and long-term working at high temperatures of 230 ℃ (those with passive signal start switches do not support working at high temperatures).
6. The valve body is made of high-quality stainless steel material, and PEEK material can also be provided to resist corrosive gases such as sulfides.
7. There are specifications available for three-way, four-way, six way, eight way, ten way, twelve way, fourteen way, etc; The outer diameter of the interface tube can be selected from 1/16 ', 0.08', and 1/8 '.
8. The working medium must be a dry, non corrosive, and mechanically impurity free gas; Input pressure 750kPa Max.
