DS-WYUHZliquorA liquid level gauge is an instrument with a liquid level transmitter (remote transmission of electrical signals). The working principle of the liquid level transmission part (electrical part) is to use a magnetic float to act on a magnetic spring switch, causing a change in the resistance number connected to the circuit, thereby enabling the sensor part to generate a resistance signal corresponding to the liquid level change. By using a signal converter, the resistance signal can be converted into a 4-20mA current signal. The electronic components of this level gauge have almost no energy storage components such as capacitors and inductors. Can stack HART communication protocol or use RS485 bus communication.

In order to expand its scope of use, liquid level transmission devices can be added according to relevant standards and requirements to output various electrical signals. Among them, 4-20mA current signal is a commonly used one. For example, while monitoring the liquid level, the magnetic switch signal can be used to control or alarm the liquid level; On the basis of the phosphoric acid storage tank level gauge, a 4-20mA transmission sensor has been added. While monitoring the liquid level on site, the changes in the liquid level are transmitted to the control room through transmission sensors, cables, and instruments, achieving remote monitoring and control.

1、 How to improve the measurement accuracy of Baijiu level meter:

1. The remote transmission supporting instruments should be tightly attached to the main pipe of the liquid level gauge and fixed with stainless steel clamps (iron is prohibited);
2. The sensing surface on the remote transmission supporting instrument should face and be closely attached to the main pipe;
3. The zero position of the remote transmission supporting instrument should be on the same horizontal line as the zero position indication of the liquid level gauge;
4. The connection between remote transmission supporting instruments and display instruments or industrial control computers shall be separately laid through protective pipes or shielded two core cables;

5. After the wiring holes of the junction box are laid, it is required to be well sealed to prevent rainwater, moisture, and other factors from entering and causing the remote transmission supporting instruments to malfunction. The junction box should be promptly covered after maintenance or debugging is completed.

3、 How to select key points:

It can achieve high sealing, leak prevention, and adapt to liquid level measurement under high pressure, high temperature, and corrosive conditions, with reliable safety. It makes up for the shortcomings of unclear and fragile indication of glass plate (tube) liquid level gauges, is not affected by high and low temperature fluctuations, and does not require the combination of multiple sets of liquid level gauges. The entire measurement process has no blind spots, prominent display, intuitive readings, and a large measurement range. When measuring liquids, the top mounted or side mounted method is used. Install a flip column liquid level indicator, liquid level switch, and liquid level transmitter outside the magnetic flip column body. The magnetic unit is placed inside the floating ball or connected to the floating ball through a top rod. When the floating ball and the magnetic unit change with the liquid level, the magnetic color block (magnetic flip plate) is flipped.

4、 Lining selection:

The stainless steel lined anti-corrosion magnetic flap level gauge adopts a stainless steel body lined with polypropylene (PP) and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) technology, which has high structural strength and corrosion resistance, and can be applied to acidic liquids such as hydrochloric acid, alkaline liquids, and organic solvents. But it is not suitable for measuring concentrated nitric acid, chlorine containing solvents, aromatic agents, aliphatic and other medium liquids. There are two types of side mounted anti-corrosion magnetic flap level gauges with stainless steel main body lined with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and stainless steel lined with polypropylene (PP), which are suitable for measuring corrosive media.
The side mounted lined magnetic flap level gauge (PTFE) is suitable for measuring liquid levels in corrosive media and high operating temperatures. It adopts a new process of stainless steel lined PTFE stretching and flanging, with reliable structure and long service life. It is the choice for measuring the liquid level of highly corrosive media such as nitric acid.

The side mounted lined magnetic flap level gauge (PP) is suitable for measuring inorganic corrosive liquids such as hydrochloric acid and dilute sulfuric acid. Due to the use of imported high-strength materials that can be close to metals, especially the insulation properties of PPR *, this product is suitable for outdoor water tank level measurement and will not freeze inside in winter But it is not as good in temperature and pressure resistance as PTFE lining, and this product has a higher cost-effectiveness when the temperature and pressure are lower.

1、 The installation position of DS-WYUHZ-F Baijiu level gauge should avoid or be far away from the inlet and outlet of material medium to avoid rapid changes in local areas of material fluid and affect the accuracy of liquid level measurement;
2. For level gauges that exceed a certain length (ordinary type>3 meters, anti-corrosion type>2 meters), it is necessary to add a reinforced flange or ear hook as a fixed support to increase strength and overcome its own weight;
3. During commissioning of DS-WYUHZ-F Baijiu level gauge, the upper inlet valve should be opened first, and then the lower valve should be opened slowly to allow the medium to enter the main pipe smoothly (during operation, the medium should not impact the float rapidly, causing dramatic fluctuations of the float, affecting the display accuracy), and observe the magnetic red and white ball turning

4. Whether the liquid level meter of Baijiu operates normally, then close the valve of the lower lead pipe, open the drain valve, let the liquid level in the main pipe drop, operate it three times according to this method, and it is normal, then it can be put into operation (except for special liquids such as corrosive liquid);
5. According to the condition of the medium, the main pipe should be cleaned irregularly to remove impurities;
6. When the Baijiu level meter is equipped with remote transmission supporting instruments, the following requirements shall be met:
a. The Baijiu level gauge shall be attached to the main pipe of the level gauge by the remote transmission supporting instrument and fixed with stainless steel hoop (iron is prohibited);
b. The zero position of the remote transmission supporting instrument should be on the same horizontal line as the zero position indication of the liquid level gauge;
c. The wiring between remote transmission supporting instruments and display instruments or industrial control computers shall be laid through protective pipes or shielded two core cables;
d. After the wiring hole of the junction box of the Baijiu level meter is laid, it is required to be well sealed to avoid the invasion of rain, moisture, etc., which will make the remote transmission supporting instrument unable to work normally. The junction box should be timely covered after maintenance or commissioning.
