1、 Characteristics
1This productIt has the function of using recursive method to measure the error of current transformers, which facilitates on-site calibration of measuring devices.
2. On site calibration of current transformers does not require standard current transformers, current transformers, load boxes, voltage regulation control boxes, or high current wires. It uses extremely simple testing wiring and operation to achieve the calibration of current transformers, greatly reducing work intensity and improving work efficiency, making it convenient to carry out on-site transformer calibration work.
3This productInternally equipped with a standard voltage transformer equivalent to the measured current transformer with the same transformation ratio, its accuracy can reach0.05 level, accurately measure the transformation ratio and no-load error of the tested current transformer. Then, by combining the test results of impedance and admittance, the error of the transformer can be calculated.
4. Using a power supply close to the power frequency for testing, to prevent on-site power frequency electromagnetic radiation and series interference.
5. Wide measurement range, capable of measuring up to5A/5A~31500A/5A 或5 A/1A~6300A/1A.

9. It has intelligent judgment of external wiring status, indicating wiring errors, transformation ratios, polarity errors, etc.
10. Automatically organize the test data and determine if it is out of tolerance. Out of tolerance data is displayed in orange and in the lower right corner of the window, providing a clear and intuitive understanding of the data characteristics of the transformer.
11At the same time, it can test the transformation ratio and polarity function of voltage transformers.

The testing method for the transformation ratio of other current transformers that do not appear in the table is as follows:
Use the equal ampere turn method to test current transformers, for example: need to testFor a 1000A/5A transformer, please insert two turns of the testing wire that comes with the instrument into the tested current transformer, and then input the primary current in the current transformer testing interface of the instrument as 500A. This testing method does not affect the validity of the transformer test data.
