Overview

The BYHH insulator salt ash integrated machine equipment is used to detect the pollution adhesion of insulators in power lines. This instrument can measure the salt density and ash density of insulators at once, simplifying the process of insulator pollution detection and making it very suitable for inspection sites and laboratory use. The pollution level of insulators in power lines is mainly characterized by salt density (ESDD) and ash density (NSDD), and this instrument has the function of measuring both salt density and ash density.

Product Details

Integrated insulator salt ash machine

BYYH-01 is equipped with commonly used solution volumes and insulator models, making it easy for users to directly access. The insulator model and surface area can be customized by users, and a data saving function has been added. It can save 100000 sets of test data, which can be viewed locally and supportedExporting data from a USB flash drive makes it convenient for users to save and view it on their computer.

When conducting insulation gray density and salt density testing, the insulator should first be cleaned with distilled water, and then the cleaned solution should be used to measure the gray density and salt density. After the measurement is completed, the test results can be saved or printed. Finally, use the drainage function to drain the tested solution and clean the detection port of the instrument. The specific operation steps for each function are as follows:

3.1Prepare solution and wipe insulator

3.1.1Prepare a solution

Solvent dosage: The water consumption per standard ordinary insulator is300ml 。 However, when the surface area of the tested insulator is different from that of ordinary insulators, the water consumption can be adjusted proportionally according to the size of the insulator surface area, as shown in the table below.

Please use glass containers such as beakers to contain solvents, and metal containers are strictly prohibited. Metal containers can seriously affect measurement results.

3.1.2Wipe sampling

Selection of insulator sampling: Select the highest number of ordinary suspension insulator strings2 pieces, 1 piece in the middle, and the second piece in the bottom. Take the average of the three measurements as the measurement result.

Wiping method: Wear disposable latex gloves with one hand, take a piece of gauze and soak it in solvent (distilled water). Wipe the upper and lower surfaces of a single insulator clean with a wet cloth, and dissolve any impurities along with the cloth in water by stirring. Do not lose moisture when wiping the surface of the insulator.

Addendum: The composition of sampled pollutants is divided into two categories: one is soluble substances called salt, and the other is insoluble substances called ash. Salt dissolves in water and becomes conductive ions, which are measured by ion concentration in instrumentsESDD。 Ash in water is suspended and settled, without conductivity, and does not affect ESDD measurement results.

maintenance

1) The conductive electrode should be soaked in distilled water or deionized water before use to remove any dirt on the surface of the electrode. After use, it should also be cleaned with distilled water and stored after drying. Keep the conductive electrode clean.

2) The electrode tip of the conductive electrode is prone to breakage. Be careful not to collide with the container during measurement to avoid damage.

3) When not in use for a long timePlease fully charge the battery before storing it and regularly charge the instrument.
