Oil press strips are mainly used for spiral oil presses, oil press strips, and heating coils.

Due to the serrated curve and cone surface of the circular press bar of the spiral oil press, the material is constantly compressed and pushed by the press screw, causing the volume of the space between the press screw and the inner wall of the press cage to change. At the rear of the press cage, due to the arrangement of circular press bars, the inner wall of the press cage is serrated, and the raw material is alternately compressed and relaxed here. The structure of the raw material is constantly adjusted and evenly flipped, giving more opportunities for the raw material that has not been squeezed out or has been squeezed out with less oil to be fully compressed. Therefore, its squeezing effect is relatively good.

The oil press strip assembly consists of several rectangular strip steels, polygonal strip steels, and circular hoop rings forming a squirrel cage shaped cylindrical structure, with several convex and concave surfaces formed on its inner surface; The rectangular bar steel has several fine oil grooves on both sides.
