The YTLX-170 horizontal screw centrifugal oil residue separator is based on the dynamic principle of the solid and liquid phases in the mixed liquid moving in different directions in the high-speed rotating screw drum: the liquid phase moves downwards and the solid phase moves upwards. It uses a variable diameter drum and a variable diameter screw, as well as the speed difference between the two, and utilizes a high-speed centrifugal separation factor of 5000 revolutions per minute to keep the solid particles in a highly dynamic state. They quickly separate along the spiral blades and the horizontal drum's variable diameter direction, with oil and slag discharged on one side and the other side.
