The spiral oil press is composed of an electrical control cabinet, a feeder assembly, a composite press chamber assembly, an oil press shaft assembly, a filter cylinder assembly, a gearbox assembly, and an oil press frame.

The characteristic of the oil press chamber is that the composite chamber assembly consists of a squeezing cage, a strip row assembly, a squeezing round row, a groove round row, and a cake discharge ring assembly; The strip assembly is composed of several rectangular strip steels, polygonal strip steels, and circular hoop rings to form a squirrel cage shaped cylindrical structure, with several convex and concave surfaces formed on its inner surface; The rectangular bar steel has several fine oil grooves on both sides. This type of oil press has a large output, smooth flow of crude oil, is not easy to run off residue, and the strips are not easily worn out, with a long service life.
