LO-300Oil film detectorIt is a laser scanning detector that uses semiconductor laser beams to scan the water surface and monitor floating oil films with high precision. Whether it is floating or attached oil film on the water surface or ground, LO-300 can be easily used for detection. By installing a camera unit, the images before and after the alarm can be recorded.

Various operations can be performed, such as reflection level diagnosis, instrument error judgment, oil film detection, etc.

When the touch screen is not operated for 15 minutes or more, the LCD backlight will automatically turn off. This feature extends the lifespan of the LCD and saves energy.

Warning and alarm, there are two types of alarm settings.

Observe the cumulative running time of the LO-300 laser module, and when it reaches a certain level, maintenance work is required.

Detection distance ranges from 0.3 meters to 4 meters

LO-300 can perform oil film detection under fast and to some extent wavy sample flow, with a detection distance of up to 4 meters between the detector and the water surface.

If it is on a still water surface, it can reach up to 6 meters.

The laser scanner module rotates around the optical axis to avoid local light scattering caused by ripples and detect the average intensity of surface reflections.

Detection area settings available

The area detection function judges based on the speed of the oil film present on the detection area.

Alarm caused by reasons other than oil leakage accidents (accumulated oil film, iron bacteria, insects, fish, etc.) can be excluded.

The lifespan of the laser is four years

The recommended maintenance cycle is four years (doubled compared to existing products).

LO-300 always monitors the cumulative running time of the laser module, and when it reaches, it can display the "exchange" of the laser.

The optical device in the main body adopts our original suspension structure (bell shaped structure), which ensures the vertical installation of the instrument even if the detector is slightly tilted, making it easy to install and work.

Security camera (optional)

When LO-300 detects oil leakage and stores the captured images before and after the alarm signal on the instrument, LO-300 with camera unit (optional) can record videos. Images with timestamps can verify whether oil leakage is true or false.
