Delger oil box 8103560 is used to detect the oil content in compressed air systems, with a range of 0.1-1.0 mg/m3. It is an upgraded version of Delger oil detection tubes. 10 pieces per box, used in conjunction with an oil box adapter, convenient and fast to use. Widely used in pharmaceutical factories and other enterprises that require compressed air quality testing. Due to the general compressed air pressure being 6-10BAR, the most commonly used is the Aerotest Alpha compressed air quality detector with a pressure range of 3-15BAR.

Product principle:

Compressed air is guided vertically into the impactor through 20 small holes to the engraved glass sensing platform. After entering the impactor, the air changes direction 90 degrees and separates oil mist substances in the air based on high inertia at the glass interface. The concave areas in the glass are filled with oil, which compensates for the scattered light caused by glass friction. This principle allows visual recognition of tiny amounts of oil mist. Due to the particularity of the orifice, the quality of the separated oil can be measured with high repeatability if the air quality is known and the concentration of the oil mist is known.

Used to detect oil mist in compressed air


Standard measurement range: 0.1mg/m3, 0.5mg/m3, or 1.0mg/m3


Detection limit: 0.05mg/m3 oil mist


Surrounding environmental requirements:


Temperature: 10 ℃ to 30 ℃


Humidity: Maximum 60% relative humidity


Pressure: only applicable to compressed air that is not subjected to force


Notes:


1. Impactor can only be used in conjunction with Draeger Aerotest Simulator Alpha


2. The measurement results only provide data on the oil mist content extracted from the air sample used for measurement


3. Measurement must be carried out by the operating system


The temporal and spatial independence of the absorption and desorption processes on the surface should be considered in the assessment of oil mist content.
