working principle
This instrument is based on low field nuclear magnetic resonance technology, which excites hydrogen nuclei in the sample by applying a certain frequency of radio frequency pulses, causing them to undergo nuclear magnetic resonance phenomenon. After the RF pulse stops, the hydrogen nucleus gradually returns to its original equilibrium state, releasing nuclear magnetic resonance signals during this process. Due to the different chemical environment of hydrogen nuclei in oils and fats compared to other components in the sample, the relaxation characteristics of their nuclear magnetic resonance signals also differ. The instrument receives these nuclear magnetic resonance signals through high-precision detectors and uses professional data processing software to analyze the relaxation characteristics of the signals, thereby accurately calculating the oil content in the sample.
