The OPB960/970/980/990 series non-contact Photologic slotted optical switches provide flexibility to meet the specific application requirements of design engineers. Built with a standard housing width of 0.125 "(3.18mm), users can specify the output logic state, output driver circuit, aperture width, aperture surface, and mounting plate position. In addition, the option of wires or PCB leads allows for flexibility in electrical interfaces. The device body is made of opaque plastic, which minimizes the sensitivity of visible and near-infrared external light sources that may affect operation. The aperture width selection provides different optical resolutions for motion sensing.
