FFE protectionvibration switchIt is a low-cost, high-sensitivity product used to protect rotating and reciprocating equipment. The triggering level of this product can be adjusted. When the vibration intensity of the equipment exceeds the normal operating level, an alarm signal can be issued and/or the parking protection circuit can be activated. Once triggered, its internal micro switch will remain in a locked state until a reset operation is performed.

The clever design of this product determines its insensitivity to vibrations caused by high-frequency or external impacts. The 3171 series protective vibration switch has a sensitive response to vibrations in any direction.

The vibration switches of models 3171MR and 3171SR can be manually reset through the reset button at the bottom. Among them, the 3171SR model can also achieve remote reset by activating the internal solenoid.

The vibration triggering level is adjusted through the top sealed control magnetic rod.

There are two options available: single blade or double blade. The single blade vibration switch is equipped with a single micro switch, which will activate when the peak vibration acceleration exceeds the set triggering level; The double blade vibration switch is equipped with two micro switches that operate synchronously. The latter can achieve redundant protection and can also be used to monitor the working conditions of the vibration switch itself.
