Forced pressure change "is suitable for long-term stable measurement - automatic calibration
Thanks to the innovative "forced pressure change" measurement method, OIL CHECK 500 generates reference gases of different mass concentrations internally. With this process intelligently protected by CS INSTRUMENT, it can compensate for the components in the measurement signal caused by aging or pollution, especially long-term drift. The generation of zero level air does not require worn parts such as activated carbon filters, and the measurement is stable for a long time with low maintenance costs.
Friendly service, no need for downtime
The sensor unit can be replaced on-site by the customer, and the entire device needs to be returned for recalibration.
Loosen the four screws - replace the sensor unit. Press the button to perform a complete functional test. This means that the measurement can continue almost uninterrupted.

Process Safety
All functions/components are subject to internal monitoring, and complete functional test reports can be printed out through service software
On site calibration
Calibration can be performed on-site using test gas cylinders. Generate validation reports (discovered data) and calibration reports (remaining data) through service software
