Working principle of injection unit
The sample to be processed falls into the vibration groove through the injection funnel. By adjusting the vibration frequency, the speed of the sample running on the vibration groove can be changed, that is, the injection speed. Finally, the sample falls into the grinding unit for the next step of processing.

Working principle of crushing unit

The crushing unit is achieved through strong cutting and shearing action. The sample enters the grinding chamber through the injection funnel, and is initially crushed under multiple cutting actions between the rotating blade and the cutting edge. After secondary crushing by the rotating blade and the sieve ring, sample particles smaller than the selected bottom sieve aperture will enter the collector through the airflow from the grinding chamber.
