Fully automatic freezing knife grinder LM100

LM100 is a large capacity cryogenic knife grinder that operates in liquid nitrogen environment. By adding liquid nitrogen, the sample is quickly brittle, achieving good uniformity and achieving reproducible sample preparation results. Integrating automatic addition of liquid nitrogen, low-speed shear mixing, and high-speed grinding, it is an ideal instrument for processing high-fat, high sugar, and tough food samples.

2、 Working principle

The LM100 has two blade cutting heads, which are placed in the center position at the bottom of the grinding cup, with a certain height distance between the cutting heads, and start rotating under the drive of a motor with a power of 1.1 kilowatts. Reliable crushing and homogenization effects are achieved through the cutting action of sharp steel blades. Depending on the direction of rotation, blunt surfaces can be selected for coarse crushing of large samples, or tough surfaces can be selected for fine crushing of samples.
