DFT5004Natural frequency measuring instrumentThe system sweep frequency type is composed of a sweep frequency function signal generator, JZQ-20 exciter, GF200 power amplifier, data acquisition analyzer, vibration sensor, and other components. It mainly uses the excitation sweep frequency form to make the workpiece resonate, and picks up the signal through the vibration sensor. The input data acquisition analyzer analyzes the natural frequency and vibration analysis of the workpiece. This instrument has the advantages of fast testing speed, accuracy and reliability, and easy operation

DFT6000 Natural Frequency Acquisition and Analysis System Software
The DFT6000 signal analysis system supports two working states: signal acquisition and post-processing analysis. The system has the following characteristics:
1. The entire system is developed using C++language, object-oriented programming, full plugin architecture, and the system is stable, reliable, and highly extensible.
2. The system supports both online mode and post-processing mode, allowing for flexible switching between the two modes. It also supports workspace and project document management functions, making data management very convenient.
3. Support virtual TEDS sensors and use a database for unified management of sensors, making it more convenient to use.
4. Supports multiple languages simultaneously, with default support for Chinese and English. Language files are in text format, and users can translate them according to their actual needs to make them well compatible with other languages. Different languages can be switched in real-time.
5. It can be equipped with various signal analysis instruments produced by our company, and the type of analyzer can be specified according to the actual product used by the user.
6. It has rich multiple parameter setting functions:
The start and end channels of sampling can be set arbitrarily;
Randomly specify whether each sampling channel is saved or not;
L can adjust the refresh rate of graphics when displaying waveforms;
7. Supports multiple file storage formats. The saved file format can be the binary format exclusively used by Lianneng Company, or it can be saved in UFF58, UFF58b, MatLab5.0 format, making it convenient for users to analyze data using other software.
