Nano rare earth freeze-drying machineNano rare earth is one of the important materials in technology, with ultra-high value. Freeze drying machine technology is based on the three-phase transformation of water, where the three states of liquid, solid, and gas coexist and transform with each other at different temperatures and vacuum environments. When water is at the triple point (temperature of 0.01 ℃, water vapor pressure of 610.5Pa), water, ice, and water vapor can coexist and be in equilibrium with each other. In a high vacuum environment, the principle of sublimation is used to remove the moisture in low-temperature frozen materials by directly sublimating them into a gaseous state without passing through liquid, achieving the purpose of freeze-drying. Nano rare earths are processed using freeze-drying technology, which physically removes moisture without changing their original molecular structure or undergoing chemical reactions. This is because it is a sublimation drying process. After the moisture sublimates, the rare earth material remains in the ice shelf during freezing, and its volume remains almost unchanged after drying, forming a loose and porous sponge like structure. The freeze-dried rare earth material is loose and dispersed without aggregation.
