Deer antler freeze-drying production line: Unossified young antlers of male deer are precious medicinal materials containing phospholipids, glycolipids, gelatinous lipids, hormones, amino acids, proteins, and various micronutrients needed by the human body such as calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, and sodium. 1) Slicing: Thin slices with a thickness of 1-2mm;

2) Pre freezing: freezing crystallization temperature ≥ -45 ℃;

3) One time drying: operating temperature -45~50 ℃, vacuum fine adjustment 10-30pa, operating time 12-16 hours;

4) Analysis of drying: operating temperature of 40-50 ℃, vacuum fine adjustment of 5-20pa, operating time of 3-5 hours;

5) Grinding (as needed): Low temperature ultrafine grinding

6) Sterilization: Light sterilization

7) Packaging; Weigh and pack separately, seal and avoid light packaging.
