NKT7010 is a dry online laser particle size analyzer specifically designed for online detection of various powder samples such as cement, mineral powder, coal powder, carbon, calcium carbonate, kaolin, pyrophyllite, catalysts, etc. It adopts Mie scattering principle and front and rear Fourier transform optical path (combining Fourier transform conversion method with Fourier inverse transform algorithm), and the use of Fourier collimating lens+filtering lens+standard Fourier transform lens three lens technology ensures the measurement accuracy of the instrument. The high-density array probe and seamless connection testing method across the entire range ensure the accuracy and repeatability of the test results. The NKT7010 dry powder online particle size analyzer adopts a fully closed-loop design for sampling, testing, and material return. After the testing is completed, all samples will be returned to the production pipeline. This device can achieve 24-hour real-time online testing on industrial sites, suitable for production process control and finished product quality control, ensuring that the particle size distribution of each batch of products meets standard requirements.

Automated laboratory
After sampling from the production pipeline, the sampler transfers the sample to the automated laboratory through air PAO. The robotic arm pours the sample into the funnel of the particle size analyzer. After receiving the test signal, the particle size analyzer automatically completes the particle size test and uploads the test data to the DCS system.

Nike has specially designed multiple samplers such as small hole samplers and spiral samplers for online particle size detection, which can meet the sampling needs of various production sites. Online particle size detection can be directly sent to the online particle size analyzer host for testing after sampling with a small hole sampler, or it can be analyzed by placing the sample into a vibrating feeder after sampling with a spiral sampler, simulating the laboratory instrument testing process. It can meet the needs of online detection or manually add standard sample samples for testing on site to ensure the accuracy of the instrument.
