This product is suitable for conveying media with the following characteristics:

Wide selection of materials
Different metal materials are selected for different application fields, ranging from cast iron and nickel chromium steel to acid resistant materials, Hastelloy alloys, and titanium alloys. Elastic materials can be selected from wear-resistant, oil resistant, acid resistant, and alkali resistant rubber, such as natural rubber, nitrile rubber, ethylene propylene rubber, and fluororubber. For highly abrasive media, ceramic or plastic can be used. When the medium cannot be made of elastic materials due to high temperature or certain chemical components, hard or rigid stators can be used.
Multiple forms of shaft seals
According to customer requirements, mechanical seals range from single end mechanical seals (with or without rapid cooling), double end mechanical seals (back-to-back and series mechanical seals) to box type seals: item seals, water seal rings, and special seals can also be selected. Can provide leak free magnetic transmission for toxic media.

1. Rotor
From wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant metal rotors to wear-resistant ceramic rotors (NEMO CERATEC) ® )
2 . stator
The stator material is formed inside the steel pipe, with both ends sealed together. The inner cavity material includes various elastic rubber materials, plastics, and integral metals. The stator inlet end adopts a horn shaped structure for easy medium entry
3. Transmission
The drive shaft and extension shaft transmit power to the rotor through a connecting rod with universal joints at both ends - see instructions on pages 18-19 for details
4. Shaft seal
The standard design is a wear-resistant, bi-directional rotating single end mechanical seal. Different manufacturers can also provide double end mechanical seals, box type mechanical seals, special seals, and flag material seals according to requirements. For toxic media, leak free magnetic transmission can be provided.
5. The suction chamber and discharge body of the pump
The export and import are designed according to German DIN standards and international standards, with flange or threaded forms that are easy for fluid entry and exit. The cavity materials include cast iron nickel steel, stainless steel, rubber lined cast iron, and other special materials
6. Direct connection design
The motor flange is directly connected to the pump, reducing length, weight, and maintaining a constant height of the pump shaft center. Low cost and easy maintenance.

| Flexible coupling rods without dead points, wear and tear, and maintenance free are used for conveying highly sensitive and abrasive media. Unlike the SA sterile system, the suction diameter is reduced and the inlet (or discharge outlet for vertical installation) is moved towards the shaft seal. Therefore, there is no dead point in the pump chamber, and the medium can better pass through the system.
