The NDW-200L microcomputer controlled tightening testing machine is a precision testing equipment developed and produced by our company according to user requirements. Its main body adopts an integrated design, with high-precision torque sensors, AC servo speed control system, and sample holder installed inside. At the same time, it is equipped with a high-speed computer acquisition and data processing system, which has the advantages of exquisite overall design, beauty, smooth operation, and high measurement accuracy. It is an ideal equipment for testing, research, and teaching in mechanical processing, aviation, aerospace, colleges, and research institutes. This machine is controlled by a computer, holding the sample and setting the twisting speed. The test begins, and the AC servo system drives the sample to twist through a reducer. The twisting angle is measured by the angle of the motor, and the torque is measured by a torque sensor. When the torque of the sample decreases and the sample will break, the test ends.
