This testing machine is mainly used for reciprocating friction and wear experiments of pin discs and ball discs, with high testing accuracy and strong reliability; The main unit of the testing machine consists of a reciprocating worktable, a reciprocating servo system, an automatic testing force pressurization system, and an automatic friction force measurement system. The servo drive mechanism drives the friction pair to perform linear reciprocating motion, and the test force is automatically loaded onto the friction pair. The pressure intensity can be set arbitrarily within the range of 0-100N. The servo drive mechanism drives the friction pair to perform reciprocating motion, and the friction testing process is carried out through the experimental measurement and control system to measure the wear amount and friction coefficient under certain environmental conditions and pressure. Friction force, friction coefficient, friction time, friction amount and other test parameters can be arbitrarily set by the operator on the computer interface and controlled and displayed in real time by the computer. Corresponding parameter curves can be drawn, saved and printed out as test reports.
