Brief introduction
This testing machine is mainly used in the form of rolling friction to evaluate the friction and wear performance of engineering materials such as metals, alloy bearings, powder metallurgy, ceramics, and their surface modified treatments under specified test conditions. The test can be conducted under various conditions ranging from room temperature to 1000 ℃, including oil-free lubrication, immersion lubrication, and changing parameters such as load, speed, time, friction partner material, surface roughness, hardness, etc. Can be used to measure parameters such as material temperature rise, friction coefficient, friction force, friction torque, etc. Equipped with two types of friction pairs, namely pin plate and end face, it is also possible to develop other forms of friction pairs according to the installation interface size of the machine for fundamental research on friction and wear, as well as experimental methods. This machine is suitable for tribology research and other professional fields, and has a wide range of applications in departments such as petrochemicals, colleges, and research institutes.
2、 Functional Features
The machine consists of a base and frame, a spindle and its AC servo drive system, a friction pair disc and sample clamping device, a closed-loop servo application system for test force, electronic measurement systems for various test parameters, a computer and data acquisition board, and dedicated control software. The drive of the spindle consists of an AC servo motor and its control system, which can achieve constant torque output throughout its entire speed range and work smoothly at extremely low speeds. This achieves stepless speed regulation of the spindle over a wide range, meeting the needs of different researchers.
The application of experimental force adopts a closed-loop servo system, whose size is set by the operator on the computer interface and automatically controlled by constant force. The force application is smooth, reliable, and constant, thus avoiding the influence of experimental force fluctuations on the test results. The system is implemented by a servo system and a speed control system. The spindle speed, rotation speed (test cycle), test force, friction torque, friction coefficient, friction force, friction pair temperature, test time and other parameters of the machine are all controlled by a computer. Real time test data is collected and corresponding test curves (such as temperature time curve, friction force time curve, etc.) can be drawn. The data can be stored, retrieved, printed and output freely, and is true and reliable without human influence.
