Sugar Chain Purification Calibration Kit (Sugar Chain Purification Kit)
This reagent group can refine and purify sugar chains from various biological samples, such as living tissues, natural products, and samples containing foreign impurities, and improve the purity of sugar chains before HPLC, LC-MS, MALDI-TOF MS analysis. Suitable for applications such as sugar chain modification analysis, sugar chain biomarkers, and stem cell glycomics in biopharmaceuticals.
By utilizing chemical bonds to bind the sugar chains of the sample, impurities can be efficiently removed and high-purity sugar chains can be purified.
The sugar chain undergoes methylation on this solid-phase particle to protect the carboxyl group of sialic acid, which can prevent the desorption of sialic acid residues in MALDI-TOF MS positive ion mode detection. Therefore, both neutral sugar and sialic acid sugar chain analysis results can be obtained simultaneously.
2-AB, 2-AP * fluorescent labeling or high-sensitivity MALDI-TOF MS labeling reagents can be used.
Purification and labeling only take about 5 hours, which is faster than traditional sugar chain purification methods.
Corresponding to various sugar chain analysis methods, please refer to the instruction manual for detailed information.
Only the centrifuge and constant temperature heater on the table are needed for operation, without the need for special instruments, and the steps are convenient and simple.
Samples ranging from 1 to 96 can be completed in one operation. *2AB: 2-aminobenzamide, 2AP (PA): 2-aminopyridine
