This equipment is mainly used for continuous reduction and carbonization at high temperatures to achieve continuous production operations.


Product Features:

The electrical control and furnace electrical control adopt a combination of temperature control instruments and touch screens for precise temperature control and intuitive and easy operation. The instrument panel and touch screen are both from domestic renowned brands, with precise and reliable quality.

The furnace cover can be electrically opened and is equipped with a cooling fan to cool down faster.

Heating with resistance wire has unique antioxidant properties.

The insulation material adopts vacuum adsorption formed alumina fiber inorganic material, which is environmentally friendly and energy-saving.

The vacuum pipeline and flange end adopt a sliding structure, making the disassembly and cleaning of the furnace tube simple and convenient. The gap between the furnace tube and the flange is filled with polytetrafluoroethylene gaskets to reduce pollution sources.

The entire pipeline adopts a metal seal+fluororubber seal structure to improve vacuum performance.

The flow control adopts the domestic brand Ming, with precise and reliable quality. After passing through the flowmeter, the gas enters from the left and right ends of the furnace tube, and the airflow is relatively stable.

Working Principle:

The material is uniformly fed into the furnace tube through the feeding mechanism, and sequentially passes through different temperature zones such as preheating zone, constant temperature zone, and cooling zone. The heating elements in each temperature zone are precisely maintained at the set temperature by the temperature control system, and the furnace environment is adjusted in conjunction with the atmosphere system. After the material completes heat treatment, it is continuously output from the discharge end, achieving an automated and continuous high-temperature processing flow.

Selection precautions:

Select the appropriate furnace tube material, maximum temperature, and number of temperature zones based on the characteristics of the processed materials;

Clarify the production demand, match the corresponding furnace tube diameter and conveying speed;

If it involves flammable and explosive atmospheres, explosion-proof configurations and professional exhaust treatment systems should be selected.
