1、 Customization of experimental equipment for small and medium-sized experiments
Small scale experiment: For certain applications that require verification of separation efficiency through small-scale experiments, or where customers request small-scale experiments on raw materials, relevant experimental equipment configuration plans will be developed based on the materials and indicators provided by the customers. Separation experiments will be conducted on the materials, and small-scale and pilot scale services will be provided, mainly focusing on distillation separation (combined with adsorption, azeotropic distillation, membrane separation, extraction, and reaction). The experimental setup can be customized according to customer requirements. 1Process technology development, based on existing experience and software simulation, develops suitable separation routes for new products required by customers, and cooperates with small-scale experiments for verification, selecting process routes for production, and ultimately completing the design of chemical process packages and industrial equipment design and processing.
2In terms of old process transformation, optimizing the existing distillation process flow, providing guidance services for equipment transformation and capacity expansion can save costs, improve product quality, and achieve synchronous growth in scale and efficiency.
