Product Details

The UV-4000 multi parameter ultraviolet absorption water quality analyzer is an optical analysis instrument that uses ultraviolet spectroscopy technology. It is based on the characteristic absorption principle of substances towards specific wavelengths of ultraviolet light. By scanning the full spectrum of the 200-800nm band, multiple parameters in water can be measured in real-time and continuously without the need for chemical reagents.
This instrument is mainly used to simultaneously monitor key indicators such as COD, nitrate nitrogen, TOC, and turbidity. It adopts an immersion probe design, which has the characteristics of fast response, no secondary pollution, and low maintenance. It is widely used in online monitoring and early warning of drinking water sources, surface water, and sewage treatment plants.
The UV-4000 multi parameter UV absorption water quality analyzer is a high-quality, high stability, high-precision, and low maintenance instrument. Using UV visible spectroscopy, combined with a pressure sampling system, makes the measurement faster, more stable, and reliable. The special flow pool design solves the blockage caused by large solid particles passing through; The turbidity was compensated for using a dual wavelength measurement method. The UV light source uses imported high-quality xenon lamps with a long service life. Adopting modular design, electrical chemistry parameters such as pH, ORP, dissolved oxygen, and conductivity probes can be selected according to actual needs.

1. Low maintenance, high reliability
For measurement, our design philosophy places particular emphasis on low maintenance and high reliability. The instrument is equipped with an internal automatic cleaning system, which injects 5% dilute sulfuric acid during the cleaning process. It is usually cleaned once a day. During the cleaning process, in order to avoid zero drift caused by long-term operation of the instrument, the instrument will automatically zero.
2. User friendly interface
The color touch screen interface is more intuitive, concise, and convenient for instrument testing and setup. The selection interface for multiple languages is easier to operate. Different interfaces provide various quick testing and diagnostic functions for different parameters.
