At present, domestic laboratories generally use glass sand core filtration devices when filtering solutions. This method can only filter one sample at a time, with slow filtration speed, low efficiency, and high labor intensity. At the same time, glass material is fragile and difficult to disinfect at high temperatures. This instrument can filter multiple samples simultaneously, improving experimental efficiency. At the same time, 316L sanitary grade stainless steel material is acid and alkali resistant, corrosion-resistant, and easy to disinfect at high temperatures, making the analysis results more stable and reliable.

This product consists of 316L sanitary grade plug-in stainless steel filter cup, filter head, filter bracket, air nozzle, disc valve, collection chamber, and vacuum power. When solution filtration is required, place a water-based filter membrane on the filter head, fix the stainless steel filter cup and filter head together, connect the air nozzle to the vacuum power, open each disc valve, inject the solution into the filter cup, and turn on the vacuum power. The solution quickly flows into the collection chamber through the filter bracket under the action of power through the filter membrane on the filter head. After all the solution in the filter cup flows into the collection chamber, remove the filter membrane to be analyzed.

This product can select filter membranes of different materials according to the operator's needs to filter different samples, such as suspended solids, bacteria, chlorophyll, etc. Suitable for solution filtration work.
