Usage suggestion:ELISA recommends a dilution ratio of 1:4000-20000, WB recommends a dilution ratio of 1:4000-12000, and IHC recommends a dilution ratio of 1:500-2500, which is suitable for your experiment. It can also be used reasonably outside the recommended dilution range according to the specific situation of your experiment. If used properly, this product can be diluted tens of thousands of times and still have practical value. The recommended diluent is 0.01M PBS (pH: 7.0) containing 0.2% BSA and 0.05% Tween-20. Other correct diluents can also be used. In principle, the prepared working solution should be used in one go. If it needs to be stored for multiple times after dilution, please contact us to purchase stabilizers or commercial diluent.

Notes:

1. Although this product is very stable, you should still avoid excessive repeated melting. If a small amount is used each time, this antibody can be moderately divided and used in one tube each time. If the preservative has an impact on the experiment, it can be removed by dialysis before use. It is not recommended to store it for a long time after dialysis.

2. This product is only for scientific research use and is strictly prohibited from being used for other purposes such as food, cosmetics, clinical medicine, etc.
