Validity period:12 months
Composition of buffer solution:50% glycerol, 0.01M PBS, 0.5% BSA, Proclin-300
Marker concentration:About 2mg/mL
Usage suggestion:ELISA and WB suggest choosing a suitable dilution ratio between 1:4000-12000 for your experiment. It can also be used reasonably outside the recommended dilution range based on the specific situation of your experiment. If used properly, this product can be diluted tens of thousands of times and still have practical value. The recommended diluent is 0.01M PBS (pH: 7.0) containing 0.2% BSA and 0.05% Tween-20. Other correct diluents can also be used. In principle, the prepared working solution should be used in one go. If long-term storage is required after dilution and multiple uses are needed, appropriate stabilizers should be added.
Validity period: Please refer to the tube label and indicate the expiration date on the tube for use.
Notes:
1. Although this product is very stable, you should still avoid excessive repeated melting. If a small amount is used each time, this antibody can be moderately divided and used in one tube each time. If the preservative has an impact on the experiment, it can be removed by dialysis before use. It is not recommended to store it for a long time after dialysis.
2. This product is only for scientific research use and is strictly prohibited from being used for other purposes such as food, cosmetics, clinical medicine, etc.
3. When using, please wear laboratory clothes, protective masks, laboratory gloves, etc., and take appropriate protective measures for the experiment. Direct contact with the product is strictly prohibited.
principle
Streptomycin (SA)
SA is a tetramer protein composed of four identical subunits, with a molecular weight of approximately 60 kDa, capable of simultaneously binding to four biomolecules.
Compared with avidin derived from egg white, SA has no glycosylation, neutral or slightly acidic isoelectric point, lower non-specific binding, and less background signal.
Horseradish peroxidase (HRP)
HRP is a glycoprotein containing heme, with a molecular weight of approximately 40 kDa, capable of catalyzing various substrates (such as TMB, DAB, ECL, etc.) to produce colorimetric, luminescent, or fluorescent signals.
The high catalytic activity of HRP makes it an important signal amplification tool in detection.
characteristic
high affinity
SA has a high affinity for organisms, ensuring the sensitivity and specificity of detection.
Low non-specific binding
SA has no glycosylation, low non-specific binding rate, and less background signal.
versatility
Suitable for various experimental techniques such as Western blotting (WB), ELISA, and immunohistochemistry (IHC).
signal amplification
The efficient catalytic activity of HRP can significantly amplify the detection signal and improve the detection sensitivity.
