Mobile dual-use conveyor for bulk packaging

The mobile bulk bag dual-use conveyor consists of the following parts:

Rack: The upper and lower parts of the rack are welded together as a whole using hollow square steel, forming the main body of the conveyor. The hollow square steel pipes on both sides of the lower part of the rack serve as guide rails. During lifting, the rollers on the passive shaft of the front support feet roll along the guide rails, and there are side guide pipes installed on both sides of the upper part. Start the motor, and the motor pulley drives one end of the bridge shaft pulley, causing the bridge shaft to rotate. The other end of the bridge shaft pulley drives the pulley on the main drive drum shaft, causing the main drive drum to rotate and drive the conveyor belt to run.

Roller and idler: There are four rollers in total, one main drive roller and one reversing roller, both of which are installed in the middle of the frame, with one at the head and one at the tail. All rollers are made of steel parts. The idler includes two types: upper idler and lower idler, both of which are equipped with bearings for flexible rotation.

Tightening device: At the bearing seat of the reversing drum, head and tail drum, there is a tightening device installed, which is used to tighten the conveyor belt and adjust the deviation of the conveyor belt. When adjusting, loosen the two bolts that fix the bearing seat for adjustment, and then tighten the assembly bolts of the bearing seat after adjustment.

Lifting mechanism: When the conveyor needs to be lifted, the lifting motor switch is equipped with two gears, "up" and "down". The "up" gear is used for lifting, and the "down" gear is used for lowering to complete the lifting action. After the lifting motor is started, it drives the worm gear reducer to rotate the shaft. The lifting action can be started by winding the steel wire rope fixed on the shaft around the lifting passive shaft and the steel wire rope of the lifting intermediate shaft.

The large walking wheel is made of castings and has solid rubber tires on the outer ring. It is connected to the lower ends of the front and rear legs, serving as the support and movement function of the machine. The outer ring of the small traveling wheel (universal wheel) has solid rubber tires, fixed on both sides of the rear of the frame, serving as machine support and reversing when moving.
