Mobile belt conveyor

Both sides of the conveyor are equipped with workbenches and light racks, which can be used as assembly lines for electronic instruments, food packaging, and other applications.

3. The driving methods include: reduction motor drive and electric drum drive. The speed regulation methods include variable frequency speed regulation and infinite speed regulation.

4. The rack materials include carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum profiles.

5. Structural characteristics of grain conveyor: high conveying capacity and low power consumption. When the grain conveyor is working, there is no relative motion between the conveyor belt and the material, so there will be no significant wear and tear caused by increasing the transportation speed. Due to the absence of friction with the material, its power consumption is relatively low. Large conveying distance, easy to arrange. The conveyor belt is a flexible component with strong adaptability to transport slopes, making it easy to arrange in curved shapes. It is also easy to arrange when the work site is uneven. The loading and discharging of grain conveyors are easy to set up, and loading and discharging interfaces can be set up at any position. The structure is simple and easy to use. There are no parts with large structural dimensions and high manufacturing accuracy in the grain conveyor, and its metal structural components are also very simple. This makes usage, maintenance, and manufacturing extremely advantageous.
