ARIS portable integrated compact fiber optic spectrometer

Main Features
·High sensitivity
·Stray light performance
·Compact in size
·High cost-effectiveness
The Aris spectrometer is the future development direction of embedded spectroscopy. Its accuracy is comparable to laboratory grade instruments, and its small size greatly meets the requirements of industrial users for size, price, and reliability.
With its high-throughput optical design, Aris has a sensitivity that is 2 to 4 times higher than other spectrometers in this price range. Optimized stray light suppression can measure larger absorbance values.
Aris provides flexibility to meet the application requirements of different customers for spectrometers. It has five standard wavelength ranges and can be customized using a large number of available diffraction gratings. The default entrance slit of 20 μ m is user replaceable and can be easily changed for better sensitivity.
The standard configuration includes one of two image sensors (see below), with additional options available upon request. *The microcontroller can achieve onboard automatic exposure, averaging, buffering, and spectral processing. In addition, it can achieve spectrum evaluation for specific applications.
With its reliability under harsh conditions and compact size, Aris bridges the gap between laboratory and field spectrometers.

Wavelength range and resolution

The measurement conditions for the above resolution default to using a 20 μ m inlet slit and Toshiba image sensor. A larger entrance slit typically increases resolution and sensitivity proportional to its width. The wavelength accuracy is usually one-third of the resolution.
Image sensor
Toshiba TCD1304DG has slightly higher resolution and shorter exposure time.
Hamamatsu S11639-01 has better sensitivity and is more suitable for rapidly changing signals and precise external triggering.

*No average maximum signal-to-noise ratio
**Do not calculate the average value for a single pixel
***Typical value of a single exposure, scaled to 16 bits
