working principle
1. Feed: The particles to be counted enter the conveying channel through a funnel or other means.
2. Separation and transmission: Using devices such as vibration discs or screw propellers to arrange particles in an orderly manner and pass through the detection area.
3. Counting: In the detection area, high-precision sensors are used to capture real-time images or shading signals of each particle, and the built-in microprocessor calculates and records the quantity.
4. Packaging: According to the preset quantity value, when the specified number is reached, the feeding channel will be automatically closed or the counted particles will be introduced into the packaging container.
5. Data processing: All counting information can be stored in internal memory and viewed through an LCD screen; Some models support exporting data to a computer via USB interface for more detailed analysis.
