2、 Structural features:

1. This instrument is a small solid impact sampler. Air microorganisms move at high speed through 18 small nozzle holes on the end cover of the sampling device, causing aerosol particles to collide with the surface of the sampling medium in the plastic petri dish.

2. This instrument adopts a slanted hole impeller design. During the sampling process, the internal impeller can automatically rotate under the push of high-speed airflow, allowing the collected microorganisms to be evenly distributed on the agar surface without the need for additional electric or spring start mechanical structures, greatly reducing the volume and weight of the sampling device.

3. For the convenience of sampling, this instrument adopts an imported microcontroller and a program-controlled electronic timer. It has a storage memory function (which can repeat the previous timing operation) when not powered on.

4. This instrument adopts 701BB series gas rotor flowmeter. The temperature has little impact and the flow rate is relatively stable. The internal structure of the instrument adopts a rubber tube with a large curvature connection, which reduces the resistance in the air path.

5. This instrument adopts a dual circuit electromagnetic pump structure with stable output, low noise, and long lifespan.

6. This instrument is small in size, light in weight, easy to carry, simple to operate, and does not require any other equipment.
