Fully automatic microbial adaptive evolution instrumentEVOL cell is a microbial domestication equipment developed based on high gas permeability microchannels and single-phase microfluidic technology. It has functions such as microbial cultivation, passage, chemical factor gradient addition, real-time detection, and oxygen partial pressure control. The instrument uses microchannels as miniature bioreactors, which have good permeability to various gases (oxygen, nitrogen, carbon dioxide, etc.), fully meeting the gas exchange requirements during the cultivation process. The fully automatic microbial adaptive evolution instrument utilizes oxygen partial pressure control technology to flexibly regulate the gas environment around the reactor, thus being applied to the cultivation and adaptive evolution of various microorganisms.
