High throughput micro upgrade droplet culture omics system(single cell microliter-droplet culture omics system, MISS cell omics system) It is a miniaturized high-throughput single-cell culture and sorting equipment developed based on liquid based microfluidic technology, which can separate and culture environmental microbial communities at the single-cell level, and sort and store them in porous plates to form a dual backup. A single run can process approximately 5000 droplets (500 monoclonal), which are then stored in a highly permeable pipeline for incubation (0-3 days). Finally, optical signals (OD, fluorescence, chemiluminescence, etc.) are used for detection and sorting. The sorted droplets enter a porous plate and can form a dual backup.
