Micro belt conveyor

A belt conveyor consists of six main parts: conveyor belt, supporting rollers, driving device, braking device, braking device, etc.

Belt conveyor is the main equipment for transporting solid materials in industries such as metallurgy, electricity, and coal. It is widely used in coking coal preparation and screening systems. It has the characteristics of continuous and uniform transportation, high production efficiency, smooth operation, low power consumption, low operating costs, convenient maintenance and repair, and easy implementation of distance or automatic control.

There are many types of belt conveyors, including universal fixed belt conveyors, high angle belt conveyors, deep groove (U-shaped) belt conveyors, bendable belt conveyors, and steel wire traction conveyors.

Fixed belt conveyor is a commonly used equipment in coking plants. It mainly transports various bulk and granular materials with a stacking density of 0.8-2.5t/m3, and can also be used to transport packaged items. Its working environment temperature is generally between -10 and 40 ℃, and the material temperature generally does not exceed 80 ℃.

The main components of the overall structure of a fixed belt conveyor are as follows: conveyor belt, driving device (motor, reducer, hydraulic coupling, brake, coupling, check) or electric drum, transmission drum, reversing drum, idler roller, tensioning device, cleaner, unloader, frame, funnel, guide groove, safety protection device, etc.
