SAI's LaserToF TT is a highly automated, R&D gradeMatrix assisted laser desorption ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometer（MALDI-ToF MS）。 This instrument is designed for rapid and accurate analysis of various biomolecules such as peptides, proteins, and oligonucleotides. The LaserToF TT is also suitable for the analysis of industrial polymers in the petroleum and chemical additive industry.

In addition to the traditional linear mode suitable for high molecular weight analysis, TT also integrates high-performance field reflectors, significantly improving the mass spectrometry resolution of peptides and other small molecule compounds. In addition, seamless tandem mass spectrometry (MS-MS) analysis under a single scan can be achieved by combining a timed ion gate with a source decay or collision induced dissociation (CID) gas chamber. A patented zoom optical system ensures optimal sensitivity even at the low attomolar level.

This mass spectrometer is equipped with advanced data acquisition and control electronic systems, which are easy to calibrate, have excellent stability, and can achieve the best accuracy under various measurement conditions.
