5、 The working principle of high-speed colloid mill:

Under the high-speed rotation of the electric motor, the material directly enters the high shear crushing zone from the inlet. Through a special crushing device, some large powder clusters, sticky blocks, clumps and other particles in the fluid are quickly crushed, and then sucked into the shear crushing zone. In a very narrow working passage, strong friction and grinding crushing are generated due to the relative high-speed cutting of the rotor blade and stator blade. Under the action of mechanical motion and centrifugal force, the crushed and refined material is re pressed into the precision grinding zone for grinding and crushing. The precision grinding is divided into three stages, and the more outward the first stage is extended, the higher the accuracy of the grinding disc, the smaller the tooth pitch, the longer the linear velocity, and the finer the material is ground. At the same time, the fluid gradually extends radially in a curve. The direction and velocity of the fluid change instantly at each level, and are subjected to millions of times of high-speed shear, strong friction, extrusion grinding, particle crushing, etc. After passing through three precision grinding zones for millions of times of high-speed shear, grinding, and crushing, the liquid material molecular chain breaks, particle crushing, liquid particle tearing, and other effects are produced to fully achieve the purpose of dispersion, crushing, emulsification, homogenization, and refinement of the material.


Through the high-speed relative linkage between the fixed teeth and the moving teeth, the material is subjected to shear force, friction force, and high-frequency vibration, effectively crushed, emulsified, homogenized, and mixed, thereby obtaining satisfactory finely processed products.

6、 The process of high-speed colloid mill

The linear velocity is very high and the shear gap is very small, so when the material passes through, the frictional force formed is relatively intense, resulting in what is commonly known as wet grinding. The fixed rotor is made into a circular cone shape, with three-level sawtooth protrusions and grooves with increasing precision. The stator can be infinitely adjusted to the desired distance between it and the rotor. Under enhanced fluid turbulence, grooves can change direction at each stage. High quality surface polishing and structural materials can meet various requirements of different industries.
