1. Forklift feeding system:

Track sliding feeding and unloading mode, equipped with 5 layers of heated tray supports, 2 trays per layer and sealed up, down, left, and right. Each layer of support is equipped with heating components, and the heating temperature is controllable. The trays can be freely loaded/unloaded from the tray supports. Each tray bracket is equipped with an air inlet on the outside to provide airflow guidance for the cavity. A passport and graphite seal are installed between the door panel and the cavity to prevent material deposition on the door panel and maintain basic vacuum.

2. Heating system

The heating chamber adopts an integrated design of alumina ceramic fiber products and heating wires, with a metal inner chamber,The temperature measuring element adopts a K-type thermocouple, and the temperature control instrument uses an intelligent program temperature regulating instrument, which can adjust the output signal according to the temperature rise and fall requirements of different temperature curves.

3. Combination collection system

The collection area consists of two collection chambers, and the part connected to the heating chamber is equipped with a heating system with controllable temperature. Another collection chamber is equipped with a sliding device for easy material retrieval, disassembly, and cleaning. The bottom of the collection tube is equipped with an air cooling system, and the tail end is equipped with a cabin door and an exhaust interface connected to the mechanical pump.

4. Preheating and Vacuum System

The intake system is equipped with a preheating device, and the preheated gas is introduced from the intake port of the loading tray, passes through the main heating chamber, and then collected

Pipeline discharge. The equipment is equipped with a mechanical pump and a resistance vacuum gauge, and includes supporting connecting components such as bellows, manual baffle valves, clamps, etc.

5. Industrial control and operating system

Equipped with a 15 inch industrial control screen, it integrates control functions such as heating, vacuum, and data processing.
